Domestic Shipping

The Elizabeth Henry Collection primarily utilizes the United States Postal Service for domestic shipping. Packages are shipped via Priority Mail and will arrive within 3-5 business days for in-stock purchases. If your item requires modifications such as sizing, a representative will contact you with an estimated shipment date.

All domestic shipments are self-insured by the Elizabeth Henry Collection and include delivery confirmation and online tracking.

Depending on the delivery location and the item's value, certain purchases may be shipped using FedEx. If you prefer overnight shipment via FedEx, you can select FedEx Standard Overnight for delivery by 8 PM the next day at a cost of $91.

International Shipping

The Elizabeth Henry Collection primarily utilizes the United States Postal Service for international shipping. Packages are shipped via Priority Mail and will arrive within 6-10 business days for in-stock purchases. If your item requires modifications such as sizing, a representative will contact you with an estimated shipment date. Depending on the delivery location and the item's value, certain purchases may be shipped using FedEx.

All international shipments are self-insured by the Elizabeth Henry Collection and include delivery confirmation and online tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us.

All international purchases ship with a financially accurate customs declaration. The payment of any fees, tariffs, taxes or customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

While in most cases your package is able to be delivered directly to your door, there are certain countries which require the buyer of fine jewelry to pick the shipment up at their local post office or customs center. Please check your country's customs regulations for more details.

At this time, we are unable to ship anything to the Russian Federation or Israel.

Returns

Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving them for a full refund.

After the 10-day window, we offer store credit for returns made within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final after 30 days. All jewelry must be in its original condition and not damaged or altered in any way.

For layaway purchases, if you decide to cancel your layaway plan within 10 days of purchase, any payments made are eligible for a full refund. For plans active over 10 days, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Due to the specialized nature of custom orders, these purchases are non-refundable. Please ask for clarification if you anticipate any issues.
